In 2025 Folsom High School constructed a new perimeter fence around the school that did not comply with egress exit laws. The old locked fence gates can trap students and staff in a fire or security emergency in the corners of the campus. Engineer Curt Taras emailed the School District Facility Superintendent safety guidance to allow exit gates to open.

Overnight on September 17, 2025 a 23 year old former student Abel Yemane, broke the school doors, windows and painted threats on the school which said,
"Cut the Throats of Students, Teachers, Parents, Whoever TF"
On Sept 18, 2025, Curt Taras caught a Gang of 5 people hiding in this idling truck with its windows covered at the overlook above the School. Two Men chased Curt off yelling, Do you want a F-ing problem? Curt escaped to the Boba Tea shop and called in the suspicious vehicle.
On Sept 19th Curt went to the Folsom Police Station and filed a report of the Truck Gang at Folsom High School. Curt also asked for an update about the school vandalism but was told nothing. The FBI later told Curt an arrest was made of the driver of the truck.

Sept 24, 2025, at 6:30 pm Curt walked from his Yoga Studio down to Folsom High School. Curt got lost on the campus and tried find his way out the fence gates in the corner by Safeway. The gates were padlocked. Two coaches asked Curt if he needed help. Curt asked them to point him to the exit. The Coach said you can go out the front. Curt asked if he could leave out the side gate if the front was blocked. The Coach said no, only the front has an open exit. So Curt walked out the front.

On that week, our nation was still in shock because Student Activist Charlie Kirk was killed by a sniper on a campus in Utah. Therefore, false accusations stirred up. The Coach claimed "He could take this school out in 30 Seconds"
This was probably to justify a lock down. However, Curt never made those threats or say he could be back in 30 seconds. Otherwise why would 2 athletic coaches just show him how to leave campus if he really threaten it?

Curt walked back to his yoga studio where he peacefully agreed to answer questions from Police to clear up the confusion. Instead, the police arrested Curt, took his wallet, phone, and keys. Then used his keys to search his car and home. They arrested him for owning a legally purchased firearm locked in his car parked on private property.
In reaction to concerns about safety at schools, the Police and School used FaceBook to blast parents and students with Advisories that Framed Curt as a threat. They did this to improve their reputation which was in trouble because of a $1 Million harassment lawsuit filed by 3 former Officers who were mocked for being Asian or Female by their superiors.

Curt was jailed for 70 Days on a no-bail hold. During that time he was helped by fellow prisoners who had sympathy and admiration for him as an honorable veteran. He was locked in a tiny cell, and shared it with 15 different "Celly's" cellmates who trusted Curt to help them. Curt taught Yoga in Jail. He was regularly shackled by the federal marshals and put in a holding dungeon with other prisoners before appearing before a judge.

Curt's lawyer motioned the court to transfer Curt to the Southern Oregon Veterans Treatment Center. There he helped other veterans who have Post Traumatic Stress and Brain Injuries like him. After 60 Days he returned home to Folsom. He filed a motion to dismiss the gun ownership charges because he did not violate Federal laws.
The court told the Feds the gun charges were in error. Curt did not have a gun on school grounds. Curt's gun was locked in his car on private property. The Feds were losing the case, so they called Curt's Ex-wife , and pushed her to accuse Curt of stalking her. They then prepared another media release to Hurt Curt. So Curt's Ex-wife asked them to stop it to protect her privacy. But the Feds added a stalking charge on Curt anyway. She said," The Feds are going to do what the Feds are going to do"

Curt has now been detained and in court for 10 months. He wants this case cleared so he get his life back. If not he faces up to 20 years in Federal Prison. Curt works as a construction engineer designing houses and infrastructure. Help Clear Curt by making a donation to his legal costs.
